If you haven't already done so, please make sure to submit your baseball ads for the Baseball Yearbook program by April 1st. It's not too late to submit a Business or Player Ad. Thanks to those who have submitted their baseball ads to us. If you need a picture for your Player Ad and would like to use the one from your individual player taken for the Team Pictures, that's not a problem. We have the disc from the photographer for your individual player photos and can use that for your ads. If you would like to use that, please indicate that on your email.
Also, if any of you have pictures that you would like to submit for the yearbook, please send those or save them on a USB for us as well. We're looking for action shots from all levels, coaches pics, etc. and any pictures from the events that have taken place over the season as well.
As a reminder, if you would like to place a Player ad but are not sure how to design it, you can use any design from previous years programs and simply submit photos and choose what you would like to say on it. You can use the individual shot of your player that was taken during team photos, or you can provide your own photo. Make sure to submit a high-res photo if you are providing your own. The printer will put the ad together for you. For Business ads, the printer can use ads that the business has available already, as well as simply include a copy of their business card in the program (and enhance/customize if needed to fill up their ad space).
Please either save your ads on a USB and give that to Erin Spinney or Leslie Kary or email ads firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please mail payment for the ads to Erin Spinney (see the flyer for details) also by April 1st. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact:
